What we do

Custom Metal Fabrication

End-to-end custom metal fabrication from initial design concepts to fully finished industrial products.

Have a unique metal component or structural requirement? Our full-service custom fabrication department transforms concepts and engineering blueprints into physical products. Combining our complete in-house infrastructure—sheet metal pressing, precision tube bending, multi-process welding, and liquid/powder finishing—we provide turnkey solutions under one roof. We work closely with client engineering specs to deliver high-quality custom metalwork with short lead times.

Common questions

Questions about Custom Metal Fabrication

Practical answers to check before you send a drawing or place an order.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?
A drawing or a sample part is the fastest route. If neither is available, send dimensions, the material and finish you expect, the quantity you need, and a short note on how the part will be used.
Do you accept custom or one-off work?
Yes. Custom one-off pieces, small batches, and repeat production of the same part are all handled in the workshop.
How does the quotation process work?
Send your requirement through the enquiry form. We review the specification, confirm anything the drawing leaves open, and prepare the quotation against the agreed scope.
Can I send engineering drawings?
Yes. The enquiry form accepts PDF, DWG, and STEP files, and attachments travel securely with your submission. If a drawing is not available, dimensions and a sketch work too.
What affects the cost of a fabricated part?
Material type and thickness, the number of cutting and forming operations, welding and assembly time, the finish, and the quantity all affect the price. Confirming these up front keeps the quotation accurate.
