What we do

Powder Coating & Industrial Painting

Multi-stage chemical pretreatment, durable powder coating, and custom industrial spray painting.

Protect and finish your metal products with our comprehensive surface treatment and coating facility. We perform a thorough chemical pretreatment process—including degreasing, HCl rust removal, and phosphate passivation—to guarantee maximum coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Our finishing shop handles electrostatic powder coating for MS, SS, and Aluminum, alongside liquid spray options including Stoving Pico Paint, NC Dico Paint, and specialized industrial finishings.

04 / Process

A clear route from brief to part.

01

Chemical Pretreatment

We review your drawings or sketches and confirm materials, tolerances, and quantities.

02

Coating Application

Electrostatic powder spraying or specialized liquid spray painting.

03

Oven Curing & QC

Heat curing in the baking oven followed by coating thickness and finish checks.

Pretreatment Process

Six-Stage Iron Phosphate Pretreatment

Every part passes through a multi-stage cleaning and conversion coating line before powder is applied. This ensures maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance.

01

Alkaline Degreasing

Hot caustic wash removes oil, grease, and shop soils from the metal surface.

02

Water Rinse

Double rinse removes chemical residue and prepares the surface for the next stage.

03

Iron Phosphate

Conversion coating crystallises on the steel, creating a corrosion-resistant base layer.

04

Passivation Seal

Final seal locks the phosphate layer and boosts salt-spray performance.

Common questions

Questions about Powder Coating & Industrial Painting

Practical answers to check before you send a drawing or place an order.

Can I send engineering drawings?
Yes. The enquiry form accepts PDF, DWG, and STEP files, and attachments travel securely with your submission. If a drawing is not available, dimensions and a sketch work too.
What affects the cost of a fabricated part?
Material type and thickness, the number of cutting and forming operations, welding and assembly time, the finish, and the quantity all affect the price. Confirming these up front keeps the quotation accurate.
