Workshop capability

Argon Welding

TIG welding for clean, precise joins on stainless steel, aluminium, and thin material.

Argon welding (TIG) produces high-quality, clean joins with precise heat control. It is the preferred process for stainless steel, aluminium, and thin-gauge material where appearance and corrosion resistance matter.
Discuss this capability →

Why it matters

A practical capability for the finished part.

TIG welding gives the cleanest weld finish of any process. For stainless steel food-grade equipment, aluminium frames, or parts where the weld will be visible, argon welding produces a result that does not need extensive grinding or cleanup.

What this capability includes

Clean, precise welds
Low heat input control
Suitable for stainless and aluminium
Excellent appearance

Typical applications

Where we use it

Stainless steel assemblies
Aluminium fabrication
Thin-gauge components
Visible welds and finish-critical parts

Workshop workflow

01

Prepare the joint

We clean the joint surfaces thoroughly — contamination causes defects in TIG welding.

02

Weld with control

The TIG torch provides precise heat input while we add filler rod manually along the joint.

03

Inspect and finish

We check the weld for colour, penetration, and defects, then clean or passivate if required.

CO2 Welding

MIG/MAG welding for fast, consistent joins on mild steel and heavier fabrication.

Electric Welding

Electric Welding

Stick/SMAW welding for on-site repair work and heavy-duty structural joins.
