Workshop capability
Turning support for round parts, shafts, spacers, and repair work.
Why it matters
A lathe turns round parts that other workshop machines cannot easily produce. Whether you need a replacement shaft, a custom spacer, or a bushing pressed into a frame, turning gives you accurate diameters and concentric faces that fit properly.
Typical applications
Workshop workflow
We mount the raw stock in the chuck and align it to the machine axis.
The cutting tool removes material to produce the required diameter, face, or profile.
We check diameters and surface finish with calipers or micrometers, then part off or deburr.
