Hang parts on the line
Parts are hung on the conveyor hooks at the loading station, spaced for even coating access.

Process through the line
The conveyor carries parts through chemical pretreatment, past the powder coating station, and into the curing oven.

Unload and inspect
Cured parts exit at the unloading station where we check finish quality and stack for delivery.
