Workshop capability
Electrostatic powder application for durable, corrosion-resistant finishes on MS, SS, and aluminium.
Why it matters
Powder coating produces a harder, more durable finish than liquid paint. The electrostatic process wraps powder around edges and into corners, giving more consistent coverage and eliminating runs or drips.
Typical applications
Workshop workflow
The part goes through chemical pretreatment — degreasing, HCl pickling, and phosphate coating — to ensure powder adhesion.
The electrostatic gun charges the powder particles, which adhere to the grounded metal surface evenly.
The coated part enters the curing oven where the powder melts, flows, and cross-links into a hard, continuous film.
