Workshop capability
Curing oven for cross-linking powder coating into a hard, durable film.
Why it matters
Under-curing produces a soft, weak finish. Over-curing can yellow or burn the coating. The oven gives us precise control over cure time and temperature so every batch gets the same durable result.
Typical applications
Workshop workflow
Coated parts are hung or placed in the oven with adequate spacing for even air circulation.
The oven ramps to the target temperature and holds it for the required time to complete the cross-linking process.
Parts cool gradually, then we check the finish for colour, gloss, thickness, and adhesion.
